How we make money
In plain English
This site is free for you. When you ask to be matched with a specialist and they take you on as a client, that specialist may pay us a referral fee. That's the whole model — no subscriptions, no ads, no selling your data.
The model, plainly
- You read our guides free. No paywall, no account.
- If you choose, you ask to be matched with a specialist. Tax-debt negotiators, restructuring practitioners, accountants and (where relevant) finance brokers.
- If they engage you as a client, they may pay us a referral fee. You pay them for their services on the terms you agree with them directly; our fee comes from the specialist, not from you.
What this means for you
- The first call is free and no-obligation. Walking away costs nothing.
- Referral fees don't change our editorial content. Guides are written from primary sources, and no specialist reviews or approves them.
- We only pass your details to the specialist we match you with. We don't sell contact lists. See privacy.
- We are not a tax agent, insolvency practitioner, lawyer or financial adviser, and we don't provide those services ourselves.
Why we publish this page
Because you're deciding who to trust while under financial stress, and you deserve to know exactly what our interest is. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you submit your details.
