What we collect
If you submit a form: your name, contact details, and the situation information you provide (letter type, entity type, approximate debt band, lodgment status). If you just read the site: standard, privacy-respecting analytics (page views; no advertising trackers).
How we use it
Form details are used for one purpose: matching you with, and introducing you to, an appropriate specialist. We pass your details to that specialist so they can contact you. We may contact you to confirm the introduction happened properly.
Who we share it with
Only the specialist we match you with, and service providers that host our forms and email. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Storage and security
Details are stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest, retained only as long as needed for the referral and our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Access and correction
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, using the contact details on this site. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Complaints
Contact us first and we'll respond promptly. If unresolved, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
